  The food was good at at the quality expected. My five star rating goes to the staff, particularly Michael I think his name was. They were all friendly and seemed happy to work there, but Michael seemed proud as he explained the pickle bucket to us and how all the proceeds go to the firemen.

  Wow is this place ever bad. This is my first visit to firehouse subs and will be my last visit. I was the only person in the restaurant there was three employees.
  The food- I ordered the brisket and cheddar sandwich in the medium size it was just under $10. It contained the equivalent of maybe four pieces of Carl budding meat. I also ordered jalapeños on the sandwich there was exactly one jalapeño ring on the very end of the sandwich. The actual taste of the sandwich wasn't half bad that's the reason for the second star.
  
  The nasty- The bathroom has not seen a cleaning in over a month would be my guess by the amount of Black and red mold and algae in the toilet and in the sink absolutely disgusting and no excuse for that whatsoever. Minus the extra earned star
  
  The staff -well I only dealt with one guy he was friendly and polite all in the same time that he knew he was going to screw me with my sandwich.
  
  Stay away from this place !!!!
  
  The reply below seems to be a canned reply as it is almost the same to the poor reviews. If it is a true reply your getting in contact with the store doesn't seem to be working. I will be very surprised if this place makes it

  I heard good things about the chain so I tried it. There were 4 guys working, 2 seemed to be in training. My steak sandwich and soup took 16 minutes...There were 2 other customers but they were already eating. When I finally got mine, the bottom piece of the bread was soggy! WTH?!?!
  I definitely expected more for the price I paid!!! Ugh

  My son loooooves firemen, so we stopped in to grab some sandwiches. The decor was nice. The restaurant was clean. Speed of service was to be expected- not overly long.
  
  I'm kind of surprised that they were out of so much of their menu- no pastrami, no grilled onions, no grilled peppers, who knows what else? Do they grill their onions offsite? If yes- no thank you. If no, why couldn't they grill the ungrilled onions they had?
  
  Food tasted good but was pretty sparse. We could've gotten twice as much food for our money at nearly any other sandwich place. I have no problem supporting our firefighters, but think about increasing the price by $1 and increasing the volume of the sandwiches. I'm not sure that we'll be back.
  
  My son still loves firefighters though. :)

  Been there a multiple times with work colleagues and won't be going back. Not sure why we keep going back, but never again. The brisket sandwich had very little meat and was very sloppy.  The person who assembled the sandwich did a terrible job.  It's as if they took all the toppings, mixed them in a bowl, and then slapped them on the sandwich.  Very poor execution.
  
  The guy I was with became physically ill.  He puked and left work early.  It makes me sick thinking about eating at this restaurant.  The food has been sub-par on multiple occasions.
